Completing a purchase on the site constitutes the customer's explicit acceptance of these terms and conditions and all associated policies.
If bank transfer is selected as the payment method, the customer must retain proof of transfer and send it via WhatsApp customer service at +966599293033 or through the site's designated contact channel, to confirm the order when required.
If a product is found to be unavailable after the order is completed, the customer will be notified and has the right to a full refund — including any amount actually collected — or to choose an alternative product of equal value, unless there are non-refundable fees imposed by the payment service provider under applicable regulations that were previously disclosed to the customer.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after being handed to the shipping company. If cancellation is requested before shipment, Kingdom of Books may accept the cancellation after deducting payment gateway fees or any non-refundable charges actually incurred due to the transaction, provided they have been disclosed to the customer.
Gift vouchers and digital cards cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase or activation, unless there is a proven technical defect preventing their use.
The customer is obligated to provide accurate and complete information, including name, mobile number, and national/delivery address. Kingdom of Books is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
Kingdom of Books reserves the right to modify product prices, offers, or discounts at any time as needed. This does not affect orders that have been confirmed and paid for before the change.
If the customer refuses to receive the shipment or delays until it is returned to the store by the shipping company, reshipping requires payment of new shipping fees and any additional costs arising from the return.
Kingdom of Books commits to delivering products in good condition, free from major manufacturing or printing defects such as tears, stains, or impactful printing errors. If a defect is found, the customer may request replacement or return within 3 days of receipt, in accordance with the approved return and exchange policy.
